Youth Registration is presently CLOSED

There are 3 ways to register with more details on each below:
1. Pay by credit card and mail in
2. Mail in with check (preferably)
3. Drop off the form and cash or check at the Parks Office
No matter how your register you must print out the registration form.

Paypal is the most trusted credit card processing company on the web.
When you register you will receive a transaction id number. Write that number
on the top right hand side of your registration form and mail it in.
You must have 1 unique transaction number per child.

To Register an Adult Team each player has to submit a registration form
and then the team must submit an Adult Team Roster Form, 1 registration
form for each player and payment for each player.

Refund policy: 90% before end of registration. 50% before team assignment. 0 after team assignment. 100% if unable to place on a team.
