League: League will run from 10 Games from August to
November Registration open through July 31
Locations to be announced Each team
must provide:
1 Team Roster completely filled out. (on the Registration page)
$200.00 performance bond.
If you miss a game:
$120.00 to pay the referees
$60.00 to pay the opposing team's next referee fee
$20.00 to the league for rescheduling
If you make all of your games then the money will be refunded at the end
of the season.
Each team's players must provide:
$50.00 per player for registration
An adult registration form (on the Registration page) Please do not
come to registration without everything. You will be turned away. Due to
two teams quitting the fall round robin
there will be no payments or financing. You are either prepared to play
or you are not playing. Cinco De

Along with the Horn Lake Parks and Recreational rules
for use of the park the following league specific rules apply:
Horn Lake Soccer League
Player’s eligibility:
-
Each team is limited to 18 players. That doesn’t
include the manager or the trainers unless they play with the team.

A player can only be register with one team.
-
If the player for any reason is not happy with the
team he’s playing for, he must fill out a transfer. The team that
has his rights has to take the player out of there roster and the
new team has to put the player in there’s. This change can only be
done one time per season.

A team that is using a player that is not in there
registration or is younger than 16 years old will lose the game
automatically and also all the games that the player play for.

If a player is playing with different names for
several teams that player will be disqualify for the rest of the
season and the following.

If they are any excuses about a player they have to
be written and shown at the department 48 hours before the game.

To be eligible to play in the league, the player
must have at least 16 years old before July 31 of the year that the
season starts. ( We also will like to change the age to 18)

Each player must have at least a form of I.D
(Drivers license, passport, MVA ID, MCRD ID) If the players doesn’t
show any form of I.D. the player wouldn’t be able to play. A player
can’t play with a different name that’s not his.
Rules of the game:
Unless the
rules get modify they will be the same as F.I.F.A most recent ones. A
game must start with a minimum of 7 players and a max of 11 players.
The game will consist of 2 half’s of forty five (45) minutes and will a
half time of five minutes. The time of the game will start at the time
that was assign or 5 minutes after the coin toss. If the games are
running late half of a game will be adjust so the teams will be on time.
Each player must use a uniform with a number and they have to be of the
same color. The number must be at least 6 inches or more. Each team is
permitted one player without a number and the number that will be
assigned the number (0) or double zero (00). Each player must have there
own number and only that player will be allow to use that number, for
the entire game.
Appropriate shoes have to be worn and not American football or other
sports soccer only.
Shingards are required.
If the team chooses not to play twice that team will be excluded for the
league.
The home team will be the second team posted and the home team is
responsible to bring the game balls and extra uniform and change there
uniforms if the other team is wearing the same colors.
The league
There will
be divisions. The divisions in which the teams will play will be
determined from the results of the Latino League of Horn Lake. The
league will be divided with the same numbers, premier division and the
championship division. New teams will be put in the championship
division. When there is a new team it will be put on the championship
and the team that’s leading the championship will move up to the Premier
league until there is 11 teams in each division (10 games) in each
division.
After the fall and during holyday season there will be a promotion and
relegation format and the first 2 teams from the championship will be
promoted to the Premier league and the 2 last teams from the premier
league will be demoted to the Championship.
There will be a small league during the summer (June, July, August)
there will be played in small fields for only registration fees. There
will be no trophies for this mini league.
Disciplinary rules

If a player gets a red card, the player will be
suspended for the next 2 games. IF the player gets a second red card
in the season, the player will be suspended for the rest of the
season.

If a player gets 2 yellow cards in different games
in the season, the player will be suspended for the next game. If
there is a second suspension with 2 more yellow card the player will
be suspended for the rest of the season. If the player gets a yellow
card and then a red card or another second yellow card in the same
game the player will be suspended for the 2 following games.

The manager is responsible for its players and fans.

If a player hits the officials or insults him with
curse words the player will be suspended for the rest of the season
and also it will be suspended for the next season.

If two players fight they will be suspended for the
rest of the season and they will not be allowed to play for the next
season. If more than two players for each team get in a fight the
two teams will be suspended for the rest of the season and the
following season.

If a player or spectator breaks the rules about no
alcoholic drinks in the premises of the park, they will be charge or
prosecuted by the park directors.
Field Supervisor
The city
will be responsible for the fields (lines, flags, and nets).
In the case of rain or thunderstorms, please call the field condition
hotline after 7 a.m. if the games will be cancel. If the climate changes
when the game is going on then it will be judge by the officials and the
field supervisor if the game will be stop.
Is the referee responsibility of take care of the players and take
action to prevent bad conduct thru the officials and the conduct of the
managers.

At the end
of the season (May) there will be a champion and the second place in
each division.
Trophies will be as follow:
Division Champion: 1 trophy per team and 18 medals for the players
